Simplicity & productivity!

LYNX works seamlessly as an extension of the clinic, providing the guidance and expertise to optimize the efficiency and profitability of a clinic-based DME program.

The LYNX TRAX inventory management system accommodates the day-to-day routine of clinic staff. LYNX TRAX manages the processes for product ordering, receiving goods, and dispensing products. With a few key strokes, clinic staff can create all of the necessary documentation to track accountability and profitability.

LYNX creates an environment for one-stop shopping from multiple vendors, using tools that reduce staff time and minimize the potential for inventory gaps or the unauthorized dispensing of products. This reduces the need for routine inventory counts, as every transaction is traceable. Ultimately, this program consolidates the responsibilities for clinic staff to two primary tasks: 1) Receiving product into the system when it’s delivered; and 2) posting product out of the system when an item is dispensed.

Here’s how it works…

No Fees

There are no extra fees for the inventory management system or associated tools, regardless of the practice size.  In addition, there are no software update fees, user fees, or installment fees.

Inventory Control

Billable DME, non-billable DME, procedure supplies (such as hyaluronic acid), consignment inventory, surgical DME, and frequently purchased items can be managed through this unique system.

Product

LYNX works with a host of manufactures, and continually adds new manufacturer contracts and products based on the preferences of our clients.

Service

The LYNX staff and the local representative are utility players who work with the clinic’s team to be the facilitator, liaison, and negotiator with various suppliers.

Service

LYNX works as the buyer, and platform for your ancillary DME program. All product orders and supplier relations flow through LYNX. The LYNX staff and the local representative are utility players who work with the clinic's team to be the facilitator, liaison, and negotiator with various suppliers. In addition to placing orders to replenish of inventory, LYNX is the clinic's advocate to resolve any issues related to the accuracy and/or quality of an order. The streamlining of purchasing and inventory management through LYNX also results in a consolidated weekly invoice from LYNX. In doing so, clinics only have to reconcile and pay a single invoice instead of a myriad of invoices from multiple suppliers.

LYNX is a results based solution. While the LYNX tools and systems are valuable assets that will benefit the clinic, the cornerstone to our relationship with every customer is the quality and integrity of the service we provide.  Our team is on site during construction and development of the customized solution we build for each client.  Just as important, we’re there day-to-day, providing support and efficiency to the clinic’s DME team. We also work closely with the manufacturer sales representatives who provide training and support for the products the clinic has chosen to dispense.  We facilitate discussions about best practices, and help our clients participate in peer-to-peer discussions to learn about new strategies. This is especially helpful for clinics just starting their ancillary revenue program.
