The Master List screen displays a complete listing of all your inventory items. Reporting, vendors, bill coding, coding values, cash values, and inventory status is just a few of the options you can access from your master screen.

Par level management has never been easier. You control the inventory levels and restore points. You determine the “fill to” and “re-order” levels. LYNX takes care of the rest!

Keeping your system in harmony with your actual inventory is easy. When you choose an order or “PO”, the LYNX system will load the matched purchase number on the packing slip. When you choose “receive”, the system automatically updates.

Dispensing DME from your inventory is as easy as scanning a bar code. Once you have scanned the items you have used, just click the “finish issue” option. The LYNX integrated platform will then display your current levels, and process orders when they reach your restore points.

Vendor Neutrality How does this benefit your clinic?

LYNX isn't a typical supplier-driven program. When a clinic uses a manufacturer's program, the manufacturer is focused on getting the clinic to use all of its products, instead of focusing on what the physician deems to be necessary and appropriate products for the patients. IMS tools promoted by the manufacturer are intended to push the clinic to primarily (or exclusively) use the products of one supplier. In some cases, the biggest benefactor of a clinic's ancillary profit center is the manufacturer.

The LYNX program was created around the concept of vendor neutrality. This means the clinic's physicians and staff ALWAYS choose the most beneficial products: Beneficial to the patients in terms of the quality and effectiveness of the products, and beneficial to the clinic due to price discounts secured through contracts with dozens of suppliers.

LYNX provides the clinic with the buying power of a GPO (Group Purchasing Organization). The clinic doesn't have to use all of the products of one manufacturer, or high volume of any particular product, to realize cost savings. With LYNX, the clinic can take advantage of volume purchasing from a wide range of suppliers. There is never any mandate related to product usage or specific manufacturers -- LYNX provides options and recommendations, but the clinic ALWAYS decide the products, the protocols for dispensing the products, and the inventory levels.
